Spring Springs Forth
The warmth of the sun has trailed behind a cloud,
Leaving me alone for now.
But soon the sun will return once more;
And awaken all the world.
Riots of pinks and yellows,
Violets and blues;
All the world will be made anew.
Within the forest canopy there shall be greener garlands than you’ve ever imagined–
Flowers blooming in all their passion,
And birds and butterflies of every hue.
Winter shall fade away as the quietest whisper,
And spring shall spring forth in all its glory.
